Morley Manor, located in the heart of west Dearborn, Michigan, is a cooperative high-rise apartment, started in 1975. We provide an opportunity for active seniors, 55 and over, to enjoy the benefits of ownership, without the hassles and upkeep of a home.
A cooperative makes you a member of a community that was envisioned as an affordable, yet extremely desirable place to live. We have the freedom to go on vacation, entertain, exercise and live in a great complex, within blocks of the new west Dearborn restaurants, shops, churches, and doctors' offices...and all without the worry of shoveling snow and wondering about safety; our security system takes care of that. Your monthly maintenance fee takes care of your property taxes, heat, air conditioning, electric, and water.
In fact, just about everything except telephone and cable tv are covered. Plus, our concrete and steel contruction makes our apartments very quiet, almost totally soundproof.
