The Michigan Shores Cooperative is a 54 unit complex for active residents. It is cooperatively owned and governed by its resident members.
The Michigan Shores Cooperative is located in northern Michigan's Benzie County in Frankfort, Michigan, less than an hour from Traverse City, Grand Traverse shopping, and the Cherry Capital Airport. Our three-story building is located on 19 wooded acres overlooking Lake Michigan and its stunning sunsets.
