Josephson Nursing Home, A 47 bed facility, has been a fixture
in the Ironwood area since it’s grand opening on Saturday, January 7, 1961.

The Activity department at Josephson’s is staffed with inventive and fun people.
Our Dietary Department serves out some of the best food in the Gogebic Range. Serving some of the U.P.’S best dishes like Pasties and Finnish Pancakes and Stew.
Josephson Nursing Home is licensed by the state of Michigan to provide on a regular basis, skilled care and services to its residents.
Josephson Nursing Home has a competent staff of fully qualified Nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants
The Facility also maintains fully staffed kitchen, housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance departments
We believe that nursing service for the chronically ill and aged is an art and a science devoted to meeting the physical, mental, spiritual and rehabilitative needs of the people entrusted to our care. We must at all times respect their privacy, remembering that they are all individuals with the same human feelings that are characteristic for us all.
