American House Sterling II has 82 units located on three floors. One- and two-
bedroom apartments are appointed with full kitchens, self-controlled heating and air conditioning, and emergency pull-cords in each bedroom and bath. The common areas invoke a warm, family atmosphere, and a big-screen TV.
We provide complimentary scheduled van transportation, 24-hour emergency response, and the option of shared living in our companion suite.
The daily meals include continental breakfast, dinner, and support. Light housekeeping is provided daily, and deep-cleaning is done weekly. This also includes personal laundry and linen services. Activities and social outings are arranged by the Activity Director, and residents may sing-up to join the fun! A monthly activity calendar is given to everyone so they may plan ahead.
If personal care services such as bathing, dressing, and medication reminders are needed, A personal care company is located in-house to assist residents as needed.
