American House Southland is a three-story complex with 138 units which include one- and two-bedroom apartments for anyone 55 years or older. We offer continental breakfast and optional meals served daily in our dining room, housekeeping, personal laundry and linen services, recreational/cultural/social programs, scheduled transportation in our van, and 24 hour in-house staffing. Building amenities include library, chapel, theatre, exercise room, country store, beauty and barber shop and laundry facilities on each floor. Personal care professionals are available 24 hours through an onsite personal care company. In addition, there are a number of low income units and month-to-month rentals.
