American House Lakeside I is a three-story building which has 81 apartments. We offer one- and two-bedroom apartments with full kitchens, daily maid service, weekly housekeeping, and personal laundry.

The dining room is located on the first floor along with a full service beauty salon. The activity room located on the second floor is home to card playing, arts & crafts, puzzle building and spiritual fellowship. On the third floor we have another activity room where the Fall Prevention/Strength Training program is conducted. We also play volleyball and bowl in the room.

Included in the monthly rent are continental breakfast, dinner, supper, daily maid service, weekly housekeeping and personal laundry, full activity program, 24-hour staffing/emergency response, heat, water, daily trash removal and transportation to doctor appointments or to the bank.

For residents with extra needs, a personal care provider is available onsite to help with medication reminders, showers, dressing and escorts to the dining room.
