The Lutheran Home Frankenmuth has 112 skilled nursing beds certified for Medicare and Medicaid. There are also 26 beds licensed as assisted living.
Rehabilitation services, respite care and other services are also available at the home.
The Lutheran Home Care Agency is based in Frankenmuth, and offers services to seniors and caregivers in Saginaw, Tuscola, Bay, Genesee and Lapeer counties, in a 50-mile radius around the city. Hospice of Hope is a part of the agency, serving the same area.
